1. Who we are

Rabtan (ربطان) is a field operations system based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This policy explains how we handle data on rabtan.com and in the Rabtan system. Contact: info@rabtan.com

2. What we collect

• Demo form: your name, company name and mobile number, your email if you add it, the page you sent the request from, and your browser type.
• Site visits: general visit statistics from our hosting provider that do not identify you. Your language choice is saved in your browser only.
• Google Ads measurement: the site uses the Google tag so we can tell which of our Google ads brought a visitor who sent a demo request or tapped the WhatsApp or call link. Google sets cookies in your browser and receives the page address, your browser type, your IP address and the ad click that brought you here. We never send Google your name, your number or anything you type in the form. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or manage Google ads at adssettings.google.com.
• Customer companies: the business data a company puts into the system, such as bookings, its customers, its staff and job locations. That data belongs to the company, and we process it on its behalf under the subscription agreement.

3. Why we use it

Demo form details are used only to contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email to arrange the demo and follow up. Customer companies' data is used to run the system for them and support them. Visit statistics help us improve the site, and Google Ads measurement tells us which ads bring demo requests.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell data. We share it only with the technology providers we need to run the site and the system: hosting, infrastructure and database providers, email and WhatsApp messaging providers, and Google for ad measurement as described in section 2. They may use it only to provide their service to us.

5. Google user data

We use a Google account to read Google Search Console data for rabtan.com, read-only, for one purpose: to monitor and report on our own site's search performance. We do not share or sell this data, and do not use it for advertising or anything else. The access can be revoked at any time from the Google account's permissions page.

Rabtan's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep demo form details only while we need them to talk to you, then delete them. We keep a customer company's data for the length of its subscription, then return it or delete it as the agreement sets out. You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data by writing to info@rabtan.com.

7. Applicable law

We handle personal data under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its regulations.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top.
